Raibat Sarker
Graduate School Student
Hi all, I’m Raibat, a 4th-year PhD student in Biophysical Chemistry. I spend most of my days trying to understand how proteins fold inside the complex environment of a cell and occasionally trying to convince microscopes to cooperate with me. Outside the lab, you’ll usually find me exploring new trails and state parks, hunting for the perfect brunch spot, or getting lost in a good book. I grew up in West Bengal, India, and completed my BS-MS at IISER Bhopal before landing at Yale. If you ever want to chat about science, books, or anything related to traveling, camping, or hiking, feel free to reach out!
